Even so, everyone's financial situation is so different in how much money you have, and well, how much you don't. I've been dealing with Amy Lipps for a few years now, and can truly say that she has the customers best interest at heart. I came to Amy more than 2 years ago talking about a dream of a pole barn structured house. She made that happen for me. That being said all the financial pieces aligned for us just right. We are able to be our own GCs on the project, needing 10% cash in hand, owned the land as equity, and appraised for what we needed which is key. They were only able to lend 65% of appraised value so money in hand is important. Overall the process took right at 3 months. We were more than happy with our final closing.
