It was a bad cut, we did our best to fix it but it was too short for a fade, and it all had to come off. She was apologetic and didn't argue with me when I came back 2 days later, thank you for that.

I checked in online with zero wait time- however a walk in got there before me so I had to wait about seven minutes which is acceptable in this type of establishment. Two stylists on duty this weekday afternoon, room for at least three more. Brionna did my cut and she noted my requests and snipped cautiously, asking me yes or no to cutting more. She was cheerful and friendly. I was surprised the price was $1 more than my usual independent salon charges. I always thought of Great Clips being overall cheaper than privately owned salons. It was clean and neat with nice Christmas decorations. I would return.

If your a bigger girl ask for Kayla I'm not your typical girly girl who knows everything about hair and she did wonders matching my hair to my rounder face she was amazing and very gentle with my hair she went above and beyond ?? ?
