We really appreciate Pine Ridge's quick response on a Friday evening. Bryan was extremely professional and thorough with a messy cleanup. I especially appreciated his detailed explanations on the what, how and procedures he was using to attack the job. We definitely recommend Pine Ridge.

This company was amazing! Within an hour of my call they were at my house and preparing my home for mitigation. Due to the expertise of Bryan, Austin, and TJ they were able to prevent further damage and more costly repairs. They explained every step of the process and answered all my questions. Working with Pine Ridge after our basement drain sewage backup was smooth from start to finish. The remediation team was prompt and efficient to clean up the space, remove affected materials and sanitize. Continuous communication occurred through out the dry out process so we knew exactly when to expect it to be finished. The restoration team went above and beyond to meet specific design requests and to work around our holiday schedule needs. The result was our basement being restored to its preflood glory!
