We had a serious blockage in our sewer line, as far away from the house as it could possibly be. The culprit turned out to be some enormous roots that had clogged up almost the entire drain and was causing a backup into our residence. Brett and Ian from our go-to plumbing team came in with their robust, high-pressure Jet cleaning machine and completely eradicated the roots. Following this, they used their specialized sewer line camera to inspect the pipe, ensuring it was thoroughly cleared, right up to the sewer-main in the center of the road. these fellas really amazed me with their quick response! i reached out to them late in the morning (and i mean late!) because i suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. they promised to swing by in the afternoon to take a look. my hunch was right and they even provided me with several replacement options which i thought was a nice gesture. i picked one option thinking they'd set up a schedule for me, but to my surprise, brett and ian got started right then and there and managed to replace my water heater in no more than 2 hours! they even took the time to enhance some of the piping that connected to the tank. i can't express enough how impressed... read full review
