Dr. Nel was great! He made me feel comfortable and truly listened. This was our first appointment together and he took extra time to cover my history and take care of my concerns. I will definitely be coming back and I'm glad Dr. Nel will be my PCP.

Little back story: I was having a horrible experience with my prior provider. I had ran out of my medication and my previous provider cancelled my appointment without informing me.

So I scheduled an appointment here and they got me in same day within 2 hours!! It was amazing! Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses were so kind and understanding and just overall everyone had a great attitude!! I was so pleased with my experience overall and look forward to continue coming here as a patient.
