The shop has a great new store manager who has brought in new employees, better hours, and a great atmosphere for all hair styling needs. Customers praise the manager for doing an outstanding job and being an all-around great person. This is a new review:
For the second time, I made an appointment to have my hair cut and the salon was closed. No email no text, just a locked door. Completely unacceptable. I will have to find another place to get my hair cut. I have been a customer since they opened way back when it was Famous Hair. Not happy.
I came in right before the last client of the day, straight from work , very tired and done for the day. The stylist even though she has a client coming in 10mins took me because she could tell I had a rough day. I just wanted my hair cleaned up a bit, it had been about 8 months since I took extra time out of my life to stop and get a cut. She took the time to ask about my day and my work. I am greatly appreciative of her patience and kindness with the situation!!
stylist was very sweet and made changes when asked and made suggestions to make him look even better.
