I cannot say enough about the incredible experience we had with Wolfe Innovations. Spending money on a HVAC system is not fun money to spend, however with this company you know that every penny is counting. Tim was responsive, dependable, and affordable. Part of me doesn't want to submit this review for fear he'll forget about us. (That was a joke) I will tell anyone who asks me for a referral about this incredible company. Shopped a few companies and decided to go with Tim based on a referral from a local Realtor and from my conversations with him. Other companies immediately tried to sell me on top of the line units that were way more than I needed. Tim's 1st question was how long do you plan to live here? He was educating me on the time to recoup spending more that I needed to on super high efficiency equipment. Installed a new furnace, higher end whole house filter, UV light and humidifier for less than the price of just a furnace and ac unit from the competition. He seems very knowledgeable, and a straight shooter. installation went off without a hitch. He showed up right on time as promised. He is super responsive. No pushy sales from him..I signed up for a service plan because I feel like I can trust him and look forward to just trusting his expertise to maintain the new equipment. Thanks for everything Tim
