Staff from front desk to vet tech to nurse were amazing. Kind, patient and informative. Brought in a precious little cat we found in the freezing cold the night before. Even the cat loved the staff! My pup is doing well.
I felt that every vet and person we spoke with was extremely educated and experienced.
I’ve just had a hard time with follow up and the phone lines can be tricky. This speaks to either being busy because of great care or understaffed but I feel it is the first. I’d highly recommend this place if your animal needs care. There’s always room for improvement but I cannot complain. And am so happy he is healthy !!!
This is my second time here. First was a few months ago when we had to put one of cats to sleep. The staff was kind and gentle with both of us. They didnt rush us but they didnt let her linger. It was all on our timeframe. I am back today with our other cat who has an injury. Again, kind and gentle! He is an angry old man but they did what they could and didn't push him out of his comfort zone. He'll be with us for awhile longer, healing at home where he can be grumpy with us! Highly recommended for any pet needs!
