Rettig Music is a well-stocked music store that caters to a wide range of instruments, from marching band to classical guitar. The staff is renowned for their excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience for customers. They offer professional instrument cleaning and repair services, and are particularly helpful in guiding non-musical parents and allowing customers to try out various instruments during their annual sale.
Excellent customer service. I have worked with several people at this location and every one of them has gone above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. They make everything as easy as possible for their customers.
My daughter was looking for a step up flute, so she wanted to try the Azumi 3 as well as the Haynes Q1 and Q2. Rettig was able to hold all 3 flutes so my daughter was able to try them back to back. After playing them all several times, she decided on the Azumi 3. She was a little bummed when she found that the Azumi didn't come with plugs for the open hole keys and a couple of the keys were problematic for her small hands. Our sales person said that it didn't come with plugs but they could make them at the store within a day or two. As we finished up the paperwork, he had done some behind the scenes magic and had their technician make the plugs while we were doing the paperwork. We were absolutely thrilled that we were able to take the flute with us. From rounding up all the flutes, to making the purchase and everything in between, they were Awesome! Thank you Abbie at the Defiance store and Shawn, Bernie and the technician at the Westlake store. You guys are amazing!
The service at Rettig was phenomenal! We had a bit of a string emergency on my daughter's violin, so we called Rettig to check their hours, and even though they were a little past store closing time, Abbi, the store manager, allowed us to come in after hours so she could fix it for us! Abbi was so kind and accomodating, and really went above and beyond! We were so pleased with the amazing service, and how kind she was! Would highly recommend going to Rettig for any instrument needs.
