Garrick Gehrke came to our house and explained the product in great detail. Based on the recommendation from a trusted friend, I chose Renewal by Anderson. The install went smoothly , and the installers were very polite, conscientious, and professional. The windows look great and operate as advertised. Renewal by Anderson is certainly not the cheapest product, but we sleep well knowing they will be responsive if a problem arises, and that they will still be in business 10 years from now ( unlike the maker of my old windows). Garrick stopped by the day after install to make sure we were completely satisfied, and answered what few questions we had. I would definitely rate them five out of five stars and recommend Renewal By Anderson to anyone wanting a quality product and service.

I had Jon G to my house to give me a quote. Very nice individual, respectful to me and my home, very knowledgeable. Renewal by Andersen has a nice window, however they are quite expensive. If you are looking for a quality product, i recommend calling for Jon G to come out to your house.
