Just finished an awesome work out!! Notch across the board. Everyone was super accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and like we have been part of the team for ever. These folks show a true heart and passion for the Parkinson's community. Way recommended

Melissa is a down to earth , yet will get you out of your comfort zone teacher. I just love how he teaches and how our community looks to her for support and instruction. When I was diagnosed with PD--I felt SAD until I went to PDnext steps. MElissa not only encourages and supports, there are informational speakers, and group activiites such as Game night, etc I tried other place that had exercise for PD, but they weren't for me . I highly recommend Melissa Carlson and the PD next steps
