I love Dr. Harris! JCP optical is not an in-network provider. As a result, I pay out of pocket. She is one of the most thorough, kind, and genuine human beings I’ve ever met. A cyborg could be working at the front desk — As long as Dr. Harris is there, I’ll continue to come back.

Went to the optical center for glasses they really need to get better signs board directions. The salesperson was a little pushy but it wasn't too bad I did end up buying from them as I had gone to several other cheaper places and was less expensive. But the length of time to get the glasses is much longer than the other stores. When I arrived at the store I was really the only customer and all of a sudden more customers were coming in and more and there was only one person there the other was on break and I was constantly asked if I mind if he helped the other customer cuz it was supposedly a quick fix but this was two to three customers while I was waiting 4 my... read full review
