I'm from out of town, and cashier Alex in self check out was a great help to me. As someone who's never been to Kroger before, I'll definitely be back. He was such an awesome help, helping me ring up both ice and wood and letting me know where I can grab both on my way out. He was very pleasant, had a great smile, and you could tell he truly wanted to help you out. (Great mustache)

I started ordering grocery pickup from here after continuously getting rotten and moldy produce from Walmart. The stuff is always ready at your chosen pickup time and I don't get emails/ texts about how the order is running late every time. I have received all of my items every time and if something needs to be replaced or refunded, they let you know before they start loading stuff. Their produce is usually fresh and if I save it correctly it last more than 3 days, their fresh meats and seafoods are pretty awesome too. I have come here for a few years now!! They always fix what I need right away. Very fast & easy scheduled appointments. You get billed after & it is very clean & I love that is right in Kroger, I don't need to make an extra stop. The reception is always rude/confused. The NP can be rude/short, but she gets the job done. I always have to go back a couple times to get the sickness fixed, but you get what you get in a store. You pay for convenience, not quality.
