Great first experience. New to the area, and sadly I was very late for my appointment. The salon was understanding and accommodating. Bonus ~ I love my cut and color. I’d been using the same stylist in Cleveland for the past 25 years. The idea of change was a little scary. Mallory listened and provided something new and cute. I’m glad to be going back in five weeks. Highly recommend.

There was miscommunication with one of the other stylists and Alyssa ( my original stylist) called me later that day to explain what happened and got me scheduled to come in with her the next day to get highlights ! Which I really Appreciate her reaching out and getting me in right before the holidays! She’s very nice and professional . I really enjoyed my first visit with her. I didn’t think my perm took very well at first but once I washed it and styled it , it looked great and I’m looking forward to getting my highlights done with her ! -Kyla

Grace did a wonderful job on my cut and full highlight! I am in love with it and have gotten so many compliments! It is the exact cut and color I asked for! I will for sure be back!Services: Haircut
