Dublin Physical Medicine offers a great facility and staff, with Dr. Kerner providing excellent care and a comfortable bedside manner. The imaging process is routine, but some issues arise with billing. Despite HIPAA regulations allowing patients to receive email communications with their personal health information, the billing department has a policy of not emailing bills due to concerns of being stalked and murdered. Despite this, the medical practice is known for treating patients with kindness, respect, and professionalism over the years.
I was referred to Dublin Physical Medicine through my podiatrist and I had a great experience with Dr. Kerner. Dr. Kerner performed a nerve study for me and listened to all of my questions. He is extremely educated and professional. He is also very kind and I felt listened to the entire time. Thanks, Dr. Kerner!

His staff are friendly and helpful as well.
People weren’t particularly friendly…..Dr Rossi was stoic and “all business” initially, but he came around as I continued to engage him in conversation.
