Dublin Physical Medicine offers a great facility and staff, with Dr. Kerner providing excellent care and a comfortable bedside manner. The imaging process is routine, but some issues arise with billing. Despite HIPAA regulations allowing patients to receive email communications with their personal health information, the billing department has a policy of not emailing bills due to concerns of being stalked and murdered. Despite this, the medical practice is known for treating patients with kindness, respect, and professionalism over the years.

Took me 4 Doctors to finally get someone who I understood what I was dealing with I cannot say enough Great things about Dr. Kerner, Stacie and the entire professional Staff! Dr. Kerner is very knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate and really wants to help make you better he really does look out for you the patient!! Would Highly recommend!
