When I officially moved to Columbus in 2014, I had no clue how I came across Dublin Metro Dental and Dr. Sadineni but I’m so thankful I did. Let me start by saying I will do anything and everything to avoid the “Dentist”. Unfortunately, that attitude has not gone well for me. What I can say about Dr. Sadineni is I have the greatest respect for her and her staff. They are elite in their profession. They truly care. Thank you Dr. Sadineni for taking great care of me. 😊
I was a little worried at first, because let’s face it at this big age, I mean it’s the dentist. The initial phone interaction didn’t captivate me but it was nothing short of still very professional and to the script. So I went on in instead using that as an excuse lol because let’s be honest even once I arrived I was ready to just bail out lol. I am not only glad that I stuck it out for my own good, but because I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Very gentle, very thorough, very mindful of my fears/concerns, very much so everything I could have asked for today from EVERY single staff member that I encountered. Very modern,very clean, very caring. Definitely made a new patient out of me. Thank you so much! Oh don’t tell the doctors but my homegirl, the assistant who took me back was my favorite. She definitely set the tone, very personable, and made me feel so comfortable.
Great customer service from the entire staff. This was my first visit, and they were very thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable. I am confident and very comfortable in their care of my dental health.
