This is the nicest emergency room I have ever been to. From the nice security guard at the front, to the front desk attendants, to the nurses both bedside and tele, to the doctors. Everyone was fantastic.
The facility is brand new and state of the art. If you are wondering if you will get a pleasant experience here, my guess would be 100% yes!
I can’t say enough how grateful I am to the emergency department staff. I brought my elderly mother-in-law in for an unexpected episode of dizziness. Many might have brushed it off and sent her home, but Dr. Julie and the nursing staff were truly exceptional.
Dr. Julie spoke directly to her — not to me, as so many others might — and she took the time to listen, understand, and make her feel genuinely seen and heard. That meant the world to us.

This was my first hospital visit in my life, and I’m very grateful it was at Mount Carmel Dublin. The doctor and staff saw me immediately with no wait time at all, which made a scary situation much less stressful. Every staff member I interacted with was exceptionally friendly, caring, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and that my needs were met. I also appreciated how clearly everything was explained to me throughout my treatment.
