Dublin Family Dental is a highly recommended practice known for their patient-friendly and professional approach. Dr. Fan is praised for her thoroughness and dedication to providing the best care for her patients. Taylor, a dental hygienist, is appreciated for her kindness and efficiency in cleaning teeth. The office is consistently clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. However, there have been some complaints about the rudeness of a staff member with curly, short hair who handles check-ins. Despite this, the overall patient experience is positive.
I'm very pleased with the friendliness, politeness and professionalism of the entire organization ... from my Dentist to assistants and entire office staff ... they're considerate saying things like, "I'm going to push harder" ... "How are you doing?" ... "Is everything OK?" ... They're gentle🥰and I felt no pain or discomfort during the entire procedure.
Dr. Fan is amazing. The whole staff is patient, kind and compassionate.
Dublin Family Dental is wonderful! Every staff member is friendly and helpful and you can sense that they have a great culture. You feel welcome and appreciated. Even my young children look forward to their visits. I would highly recommend them!
