I requested a "spring" cleaning and it was scheduled for Saturday at 1:00pm. I was phoned about 9:30 and told the "girls" would be done early with their earlier job and wanted to come to my house earlier. To arrive at the scheduled time would require a two hour window between jobs. Unfortunately, I work and could not be there any earlier. So the lady told me no problem, they would meet me at my house at 1:00 as scheduled. Those same two made a copy of a key I had in my kitchen. They stole my check book and started writing small odd amount checks so it took me awhile to catch on. We cancelled the service and closed our checking. They came in my house a few weeks later and stole my new check book. Needless to say we changed the locks and quit checking all together. The owner didn't give a crap. Then Melissa sent me a letter to open her own cleaning company and reminded me how clean she got my bathroom. The owner must not do background or credit checks. Beware!

DO NOT USE ACTION MAIDS. Pathetic customer service. They advertise a move in move-out cleaning service for rentals. Because they were "so busy", I had to schedule 10 days out to have them clean the unit the day before the next tenant moved in. At noon on the day the cleaning was to happen (today), I got a call saying that they couldn't do it today and "didn't know when they could reschedule". OMG!! Run fast...run far away. Terrible! I gave them a one-star rating since Yelp doesn't have negative stars.
