Our family left our 2 dogs at the kennel while we took a cruise to the U.K. for our 35th anniversary. Our 13 year old dog experienced an emergency condition (vestibular disease). Joe notified us, and he took her to the vet emergency in Canton twice. We have used this kennel for 20+ years, and we would never take our animals anywhere else. It was a challenge dealing with the fact we were on a ship and a 5 hour time difference. The kennel handled the situation outstandingly, and we were able to enjoy our vacation, even though we were very concerned for our older fur baby.
This is the first time we ever boarded one of our pets so we were nervous. The people at Oakshadows were very patient and explained everything to us. We were very happy with the care and attention they gave our senior dog. We wouldn't hesitate to use their service again in the future.
Groomer Jill is the best! I never have had one complaint. Obedience and agility classes are get. Boarding is great huge runs. Cleanest kennel I have ever seen. Very well run. So happy to be a customer and trust them with our dogs
