They are a very friendly and welcoming staff- but they are so BUSY! The best way to manage your visit is to download the Great Clips app, this allows you to "sign-in" from a distance, and then the app will alert you when your turn in line is 15, 20 minutes away. I sign-in at my work, then head to the location when I know my turn is coming. Otherwise, it's nearly always a 45-60 min wait in the store.Service: Haircut

My mom got a haircut and she showed the haircut she wanted to the ladies worming at Great Clips and they did a really good job at the haircut! If you are looking to get a great haircut then to to Great Clips.

Manager cut my hair and did an awesome job I didn't even have to explain what I wanted it was like she knew my taste without even looking at the computer, and the whole staff is friendly and fast, keep up the good work ladies
