They are very on top of email messages to get scheduled. I never have to wait over 24 hrs for a response unless its the weekend. I love kessen for all my lameness needs. They were great to work with when my 2 week old colt was very sick. I've not stopped using them since. I drive about 1hr 15 min to come for services
You all did amazingly good through the whole process of my baby crossing over to the other side. Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very clearly step by step. For the first time ever having to do this, you guys made it easy for me know matter how hard the decision it was for me to do. Now I know she is in peace and crossed over running the fields in heaven happy. Thank you all for the love and support you have shown
Always there to help you in emergency situations, works with you and cares about you and your pets. They have been my vet for 30+ years. I’m truly blessed to be a client of theirs.
