I would have gave them 4 and 1/2 stars but it would not let me. They are very nice to you and your beloved pet. They are flexible and if you’r running late just text them and let them know. But my favorite thing is that they listen to how you want your dog to look. And then they repeat what you said to make sure they understood.

Our Barney always looks so beautiful after visiting Kacs! An American Eskimo Spits' cut isn't the easiest to do (and our Barney has a very sheepish temperment) but his cut is always perfect! 5 out of 5 ? ? ? ? ?!!!

Heather did a fantastic job with our dog, Zoey. She got her in quickly and groomed her perfectly. She did some bubble braids and tinsel on her ears and tinsel in her tail. She looked adorable. ❤️
