Grothouse Plumbing and Heating is an amazing and highly professional company. The staff are very responsive, prompt, and highly qualified. They provide fantastic service and fantastic customer service, far exceeding expectations. They are very professional, give straight forward pricing, and work quickly to take care of problems. The philosophy is that people always come first. They explain issues clearly, show the problem, and give options. They explain what work is needed and provide different scenarios with clear costs, so customers do not go in blind. The price range is exactly what is hoped or expected. They work well around customer schedules, clean up the mess when done, and are professional even with children at home. They muster manpower to complete jobs efficiently. Customers appreciate being rescued and report that the company does a very good job. They are highly recommended for any plumbing and heating needs, creating loyal customers who will call them for all future work.
The Gentleman was very professional and explained what the issue was and showed me the problem and fixed it I appreciate him coming out to our rescue of ice and water in our refrigerator again

It took a minute to get a quote for the job. They were out December 30th i believe and they came back out in February, we received our quote in March. Once we received the quote for the work they were very quick to get the items in, and to get the work done! We had expected a lot of rain in the days following the work so it seemed as if they had all the manpower they could muster up to come out and get the job done before the rain.
