I had my first Manual Muscle Movement massage last night and I will definitely get more! I felt like it really got my joints moving and Amy was able to manipulate the deep muscles to really get them loosened up. She made sure i was comfortable the entire time. Today I feel great. I am not sore and my mood is even better because I slept more peacefully last night!! This is going to become part of my self-care routine!
