Stopped by the downstairs location to have Mr. Thompson make me some keys. He was the only one in town who could make them. I got them done quickly and at a great price. Extremely friendly guy ā Iām looking forward to doing business with him again, as I need more made for the house!
Wow! Wonderful human! We got locked out of our apartment during the snow and ice storm on a weekend evening. I, without a jacket, called him and he drove through the weather to get us inside. He told us about the lock and history of it which helped pass the time in the cold. Will be keeping their number in our phones in case it happens again.
I had a 100 yr old door unlocked that we lost the skeleton key to. Thompson had the door unlocked in 5 minutes. I also learned about this door and its history. I was so impressed with the service.
