I had my 1st bad experience. My hair was down past my chest even dry. Lady said do we just want to cut off the dead...... my hair now dry is above my shoulders. There is no way that much was dead. Even if it was I think common sense would say I should show or ask them how much is really coming off.She was rushing to dye her sisers hair. I have curly hair and it's why I like it cut dry. She insisted getting it wet and shampooing it. I hate the smell of the shampoo it's not flattering. I set up my appointment online and as soon as I arrived I was promptly greeted and taken back for my shampoo. Leslie was awesome! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted and gave me great styling tips. I will be requesting her again for sure! Thanks Leslie! ?

I registered online. I walked in at my time. They took me immediacy. Friendly. Great haircut. Stylist recommended a product for my heat-damaged hair. It works fantastically! I use it every day!
