I have been practicing Kundalini Yoga for many years and I must say that Sally (Japa) is one of my favorite teachers. Her depth of knowledge and ability to communicate what you need to hear is inspiring. I went on the Gatilinburg retreat and experienced profound spiritual growth that helped me process and release some core trauma that was deeply buried. Her compassion is boundless. I would recommend her classes and retreats to everyone - you will not be disappointed.

I attended a Kundalini Yoga retreat and it was amazing. Sally has a kind spirit and a warm heart. Everything I needed was there and the food was AMAZING! I highly recommend checking out the classes, retreats and other services that Sally offers- you will be very pleased that you did!
