Jake advised me he was scheduled a year out as of Saturday February 3rd at 2pm. He has to being doing something right to be that busy. You have to give ANYONE 5 stars that is honest enough to turn down business from someone who owns a property management company. Honesty can not be overated!!!!!!!
Jake and his crew are awesome guys. Integrity is a hard thing to find these days. They showed up when they said they would. Completed when they said they would. For the price they said they would.
During our work we had done they actually took time out to help a dog that had escaped when the husband left the door open (we're not all absent minded ladies.). They put the dog in the back yard. And asked to have some one shut the door out of respect.
If they give that much attention to detail imagine what they can do for your project. Plan to use them on further projects even if it costs more... Just don't tell Jake! :).
