I met with Jay for fencing options. I really appreciated his promptness and professionalism. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions and help us decide based on our needs.
I am not sure about the low ratings for this company. My experience was quite different than others. The sales guy in the Columbus, Ohio area was very nice, very professional and gave me some options. I was hoping for more options. The installers were most excellent on an extremely cold day.
A very hard-working team of men. I had a small concern when the project was done. The project manager was very openly communicative, and ensured my concern was addressed correctly. It was. I AM MOST PLEASED WITH THE PROJECT AND MY WIFE AND I LOVE OUR NEW FENCE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
