I am so very grateful to the employees at this location. Only been a client for one year. My doggo has chewed up my glasses twice since I purchased them.
Both incidents have been met with prompt attention and professionalism. This second time, I just had a knee replacement last week and I am unable to drive to the location. Theron, an employee not only found me a replacement frame the same day, he picked up the frame at the Polaris location, came to my home (I love very close) and retrieved the chewed frame so he could then go back to the store to set the lens and ear pieces correctly.
