Theron was the ABSOLUTE best honestly. He was attentive in helping me pick out my eyeglasses. He was honest and straightforward on his opinions, which were always well founded and much appreciated. I came in the following week with my son’s broken glasses worried that they would be unavailable to obtain, but Theron located the exact frames out of state (which was tricky) and had them available literally the next day for pick up. I have not had this type of detailed customer care in a long time, kudos to you Theron! Hope Pearle Vision knows they have a gem! Thank you!
It has been over 6 years since my last eye exam. I Saw the Pearle Vision tucked over by Meijers and decided I would make an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they could get me in for an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I was only in the office for about 10 minutes before I was called back to see the doctor. Dr. Mancini was so kind and patient.
