Been many times the wait time depends on day you go even when visually no ones in the waiting room. Please remind them about doctor notes as they do forget to attach it to the after care packet sometimes and make sure to call twice if you haven’t seen it in your my chart after a while from calling the first time, as they do forget to place it in there as well due to getting busy. Always clean and kind staff
I called this urgent care to confirm whether they could assist one of our patients, and Makenna was outstanding. She took the time to answer every question thoroughly and even went above and beyond to gather additional information for me. You don’t often experience that level of care and professionalism anymore. Her help made a real difference today.
Went this afternoon to get an X-Ray for my wife’s foot. Staff was very pleasant and service was excellent, from reception to the nurses, and the doctor. Got us in and out quickly. Would recommend as a go to for urgent care around Delaware.
