James was very helpful! Super kind, got there in the time I was told and he was a few behind when meeting at the drop off spot, so towed and all within an hour. Quick, easy, and all for a good price.
Wonderful service. Josh and James were both extremely accommodating and just plain nice people to meet, when I truly needed it, relating to retrieving a few belongings from my impounded vehicle. 10 out of 5 Stars, if I could give such a rating.
Our keys got locked in our car while it was running, and we contacted our insurance company & the earliest time they could find from any place was almost 2 hours.
So I called Ohio Tow told them our situation & they said they could be here in 10 mins.
And they got here in under 10 mins. They were professional, kind, trustworthy, & honest.
They also have great & reasonable prices, especially considering how expensive everything is anymore.
I would not only use them again, they will be my main go to from now on & who I will recommend to others.
