I previously contacted you do to the fact that I've had to have 2 teeth pulled do to your egregious malpractice. I can't tell you how much I appreciate your continued unacknowledgement. Enjoy the thousands of dollars you were paid for destroying my mouth.

Cons: 1. HIPPA violation- patient files being discussed in the communal treatment room. 2. Told my insurance covered amount, paid my balance upfront and at the end of treatment, was told I owed more than expected because they lied about coverage. Refused to remove braces unless paid. Aetna has pulled the phone calls that are RECORDED and determined that Musgrave Orthodontics should be held accountable for false information given. I have been disputing for months. I have initiated meetings with Dr. Musgrave to be avoided and ignored. I gladly paid my initial balance but I would like my $500.00 refunded. Unfortunately, Aetna is not in network so they've advised me to dispute credit charges and file complaints with the boards and bureaus. Pros: Both offices are homey.

I just completed getting my upper and lower retaining wires from Dr. Musgrave. As an adult going back to get work done on my teeth could have been unpleasant, but it wasn't. It was a great experience! Amazing staff and quiet atmosphere. Very highly recommend their services.
