She prepared my trust, and walked me through the steps of what she was doing and was very easily accessible whenever I needed her. The office and staff were lovely as well. We called Manos, Martin & Pergram off a lead we received. We weren't sure exactly what we needed, but we wanted to move quickly. Our call and initial questions were answered quickly with an immediate referral to Kathleen Johnson. She hopped on a conference all with us later that day. She is professional, knowledgeable and guided us through everything we needed and/or did not need. Within a week, we had final paperwork signed and notarized. It was seamless. What a weight off our shoulders. I would highly recommend.
