Although we were not ready at this time for windows the young man that gave the presentation made it very hard not to except. Empire representative Alec was very informative and quite knowledgeable about his products, had windows been the project on the table today Alec would have sold us, so much so we almost changed our project scheduling. I was very impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Scott Hedrick. His sincerity and genuine heart helped us to feel that he would be part of our home remodeling project from beginning to end. Empire was recommended by a friend. Chet was a great salesperson to work with. No long winded pitches to endure, kept it simple, friendly and responsive. Craig & the installation team were great. They arrived on time, were friendly, professional and got the job (21 windows!) done in the window of time promised. Would highly recommend them!
