I have been using the Pro5 washes seven months. I wash my car at least three times a week. The manager at the Defiance facility is very respectful and helpful. He always greets me with a smile. You don't find this very much at business anymore. Teresa Burton

There are several places you can go to get your car washed. By far. Take five car. Wash the manager and the staff are very professional, very courteous. The car wash is in order and very neat and they always have detail sprays to do your inside and your mirrors and your windows. The towels are always clean and there's plenty for everyone. It's a great place to go get your car washed.

Larry was so helpful. As we all know, the chip on these newer debit cards only work half of the time. Larry tried everything to get it to work with no avail but he stated he understood and gave me the wash for free. People like Larry are the reason people come back to businesses like this. If anyone from upper management sees this, Larry deserves serious praise for making sure this company has returning customers. Without people like Larry, businesses wouldn’t flourish like they do.
