I just got an oil change here and let me tell you — it felt like walking onto the set of a TV show, but better, because the people were real and actually friendly. This was actually for the oil change service not the car wash. Extremely quick, and the team was courteous and explained everything well. They weren't pushy towards anything but gave me the information needed to make my own decision. They even greeted me with a free bottle of water. I'll definitely be going back.
It's my first time as a member and wasn't really sure how to use the member lane. I stopped and waved down a gentleman who stopped what he was doing to answer all my questions. Thanks Frank for making my first time as a member a good one! I appreciate your kindness!
