cancellation of load at the last minute was unfortunate but everyone was very understanding and professional. We have to give them the benefit of the doubt and accept the load was cancelled due to miscommunication.

We, Pohl Transportation, have booked several loads with Keller and they are great! They are not overbearing to the drivers for updates and contact dispatch. Jamie Grundren has been great to work with and represents Keller in a professional manner at all times!

Your perrysburg location was great , was able to get in early . Only issues was me being in a refer & overweight after taking off 1 pallet and going single , single, double all the way back with 19 pallets , I was the legal weight . Thank youEast west express driver .
