I had these guys come to work on my a/c. My fan would only work on circulate. Tech came and said system needed charging. I had to work but my wife dealt with it. The tech told her everything worked and left. I came home and of course fan didn’t work. My wife called them again and tech said we needed a new fan motor so $2700 later new fan and still doesn’t work. We called again and a tech came and checked the system and said we didn’t need the new fan. I said I wanted the old fan put back. We want to give a shout out to the tech who did our VIP heating season check up today. Thanks to Graham for the service and instruction, you gave us on our system and thermostat features. Your friendly service and willingness to assist us was the highlight of our V.I.P, check up. I hope we will see you in the spring for the pre- Cooling Inspection.
