Every 6-8 weeks for the past 2 years I’ve been going to Barbara Allen for a 90 minute massage and facial. This has proven to be the most valuable self care tool on the market. My first consult with her I mentioned frequent back spasms, lower back pain, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation. Since then, I rarely experience back spasms (man can she really work out a knot), lower back pain is almost nonexistent, forehead is smooth as butter and I no longer notice the hyperpigmentation. I went to see Barbara since I saw so many reviews for massages and MAN. That was the first time I was able to feel at peace with no thoughts!! I’m telling you, this woman explained everything thoroughly, made me feel safe and seen. She seriously gave me a massage to help specifically with what I have issues with (my neck and back) and I’m telling you I feel so much better!! Let this be a sign to get a massage from my girl Barbara and walk out feeling AMAZING!!
