Cheryl stepped me through a process of restoring my blinds that were stuck in the "up" position. She kept assuring me that nothing was probably wrong with my blinds. This occurred after a window cleaner cleaned my windows.However I hit a roadblock. Cheryl rescued me so very kindly.Most people with her expertise wither did not respond to my need or would have ceased corresponding with me. Cheryl kept our dialog going until she knew I needed more assistance. I was highly impressed with her.
