Didn’t catch the girls name but she helped me so much getting my first pair of glasses! She helped me pick them out and told me what fit my face and what didn’t! She made the experience 10x better for me! Thankyou for everything you guys do!!
The eye exam itself was great. The woman who checked me in and ran the initial eye check was very kind. The doctor herself was also very kind and explained everything thoroughly. The reason why I’m giving a 4 rather than a 5 was the glasses shopping experience. Most insurance covers frames up to $150. There were maybe 3 pairs of glasses in that budget. Most pairs were closer to $300. Maybe that’s the standard for offices these days, #inflation, but I ended up just taking my prescription to online vendors.
