Had my furnace and AC replaced and had no issues. The tech was very respectful and cleaned up after himself each day. It was quoted as a 2 day install and he was done by noon the second day. Price comparisons had Falls lower or the same as other companies with a similar unit. I am happy with the product and continue to use them for annual maintenance.

We had them come out for a second estimate because first company said a new furnace and air was needed.After Falls did the service, their conclusion was that all it needed was a cleaning, which they preformed.
