From start to finish of my new A/C unit the company has been great. Zero pressure sales consultant, office was excellent and patient with my questions making financing a breeze. The installers were professional, on time and did an excellent job. I am actually excited to run the air this summer!
Everyone can relate to the stress that comes with HVAC breakdowns, especially with the cold winter we've been hit with this year. That's where Falls Heating & Cooling comes in. They are fast and responsive to surprise service calls, but also excellent at providing services to proactively mitigate HVAC problems.
Had my furnace and AC replaced and had no issues. The tech was very respectful and cleaned up after himself each day. It was quoted as a 2 day install and he was done by noon the second day. Price comparisons had Falls lower or the same as other companies with a similar unit. I am happy with the product and continue to use them for annual maintenance.
