“I had a really great experience with Dr. Ali at Americas Best. She is incredibly polite, patient, and genuinely caring. I brought my mom in, who has several health concerns, and Dr. Ali took the time to explain everything, especially her cataracts, in a way that was simple and easy to understand. She made sure my mom felt comfortable and never rushed at any point during the visit.

I also brought my kids in afterward, and it was clear how great she is with all age groups. She is very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients.

The staff at this location was just as wonderful. Faye at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and the opticians were very helpful in guiding us to the right frames and lens options without any pressure.

Overall, it was a very positive experience from start to finish. I honestly do not understand some of the negative reviews because everyone at this location was kind and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here for eye care.“

“I don't even know where to start. This place hits almost every mark on excellence in my opinion. Everything is fresh, clean and freshly renovated. The staff is very kind and extremely professional too. Other than that there is a freshly paved clean parking lot with plenty of parking overflow if needed. Everything on the inside is very clean and sterile in appearance. Fresh paint, brand new flooring, beautiful ordainments and lighting, well laid out store plan. Public restroom and I cannot emphasize enough the cleanliness. It almost seems like you're breathing oxygen scrubbed air even. I am unsure of it but this could be a very good place for somebody that's immunocompromised for this factor alone. Plus it's located in a beautiful little quaint town that has plenty of views and some ma and pa places to go to. There's even a little convenience store right next to this place in case you needed any little snack or necessity.“

“I have been coming here for 6 years now. Dr Martin is wonderful! My husband and I both see him, he is very thorough and ensures that our prescription is exactly what we need. The glasses we have purchased from them have been high quality and always precisely what we ordered. We have provided our own frames and purchased frames directly through them and received equal service with each scenario. They do schedule out a bit for appointments, but the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We have never waited longer than 10 minutes before our appointment to be seen either. If you're looking for a new optician, check them out!“

“The staff here are so kind and helpful! I especially appreciated Consuela. She was especially caring, friendly, and funny. The only thing I didn't like was the virtual appointment structure. I used to go to the steelyard location that has a physically present doctor. Waiting on a doctor to virtually sign in and complete the exam is not a pleasant experience as a patient.“
