Two and a half weeks into buying my first home, the upstairs bathroom flooded. On top of this, I also wanted to change my flooring on the entire first floor from carpet to vinyl. Roger and Jason Davis with Byum’s were my first go to about this project and they were fantastic every step of the way. From working with my insurance company to walking through every step of the process, this company understands the need for patience and diligence. They also did a great job interpreting every step of the project to someone who knows basically nothing when it comes to construction and repairs. Jason, Roger and their crew were very easy to work with and did a great job. When issues arose (which wasn't often) they were quick to respond and resolved the issues to my satisfaction. My architect came by to see the finished product and was very impressed with how they brought his drawings to fruition. I am very happy with their work and have recommended them to friends. Byam's Home Improvements is half way through building a large 24 X 36 foot garage for me, but I am so confident in the builder Roger, that I wanted to submit a positive review right away. A contractor in my neighborhood knocked at my door and ask to look at the garage in process. He was impressed by the build quality and floored by the price Byam was building it for. He ask me to repeat the name twice so he could remember his competition. What you get with Byam is a old school honesty and quality work. I thought it would be hard writing a five figure check, but with Roger it was easy.
