RamZ Roofing
“Want to give a huge shout out to Ram- Z Roofing! Right after our roofing accident in May, Jake Ramsey reached out almost immediately checking to see if my dad and my husband were ok, offering his sympathies about the situation, and offering to come over to tarp everything off for us to save it from further damage due to rain. With no obligation to us! Which was so incredibly kind! He did come over quickly to tarp everything off and even took a huge tree limb off of our house (I was so thankful because I had no idea how we were going to get it off!). After all of that we knew we wanted to go with his company for our roofing needs. So, Jake went back and forth with our insurance for 5 months trying to insure that we would be taken care of like we should be.... Let me tell you he had more patience than I did because our case worker was incredibly difficult to deal with at times! But, after 5 months we have a whole brand new roof!?????? Not everything went as we had hoped it would (with the insurance) but, we are so beyond thankful for Jake and his crew! He was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and responsive the whole time and definitely great pricing! His crew did a great job, working to get our roof done quickly, and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well! So, thankful that he was there to help us during this whole ordeal! I would definitely recommend Ram- Z Roofing if you have any roofing needs!?”
