“We ordered a peace lily for a funeral this week and it arrived on time and it was beautiful. I had a request for a ribbon design that reflected our loved one and on the phone they said they weren’t sure if they had anything available like I had in mind, but reassured me they would try their best. I understood and was prepared for a simple/classic ribbon to be all they could provide. I was so surprised to see the plant with a ribbon just like what I was wanting. I don’t know what they had to do to find that ribbon for me, but something that small when you’ve lost someone can mean so much more than what it actually is. Thank you so much.
They also provided a floral arrangement purchased by my family which was equally beautiful and appreciated.”
