I had a very satisfying experience getting my taxes done at Tax 29 in Warren, Ohio! Melissa and her staff were very courteous and professional. I really appreciated the conscientious work done in completing my taxes.

The agent's was friendly, well informed. We had a appointment. They was punctual, and finished in less than a 1/2 hour.Provided accurate information and explained everything to our satisfaction. Most important. They adhered to all covid 19 protocol.

Missy is professional, very responsive, the value is great, and the quality of work is fantastic. Missy is always respectful -- even when I ask silly questions she does a great job of explaining information to me. Doing taxes are not stressful at all because I know Missy will take care of it. I've been doing my taxes with her since 2017 and I have zero complaints. At first she completed my taxes for OH and CA but once I permanently moved here they've gotten easier and she only processes taxes for OH. The location of her business is also super convenient -- I make a day trip out of it since there is so much around her! Have a quick little breakfast at McDonalds, run over...read full review
